Cute Blog Award

Last week, I received the so called "Cute Blog Award" from the lovely Cel from Cel's kawaii blog. I'm really honored to receive this award. Especially from Cel ;) If you don't know her blog yet, you should definitely check it out. She does amazing handcrafted "deco-ed" items!

For this award, I'm supposed to answer a few questions, so here they are:

1. What is your go to makeup product?
In the last few weeks, definitely Missha BB Creme. I have been sick basically 6 weeks straight and well, it shows on my skin. Missha BB Creme covers everything nicely, my skin looks healthier and doesn't have the "makeup" feel to it.

2. What was your favorite fashion trend of 2011?
I wasn't really following nail polish trends in the first half of 2011, so no idea. But I loved the flowers and lace trend in spring 2011. Well, I just returned from Japan... it was to be expected.

3. What is your favorite dessert?
Spekulatius-Wild Berries-Tiramisu. Do you know Spekulatius? It's some kind of christmas cookies. I had half a bad of leftovers from Christmas, so we did this amazing dessert for New Years Eve. It's *very* heavy (loads of creme and mascarpone), but sooooo delicious!

4. Favourite color?
Purple

5. What is your middle name?
I don't have one

6. What was the last song that you listened to?
Honestly, no idea. I rarely listen to music at home, but we have the radio on at work. Does my mom's singing count? She was singing "Schneeflöckchen Weißröckchen" earlier today. ^^; We haven't had any snow here, unlike most other regions in Europe. But it just snowed a little bit, hence the song.

7. Cats or dogs?
Both! I wouldn't want to miss my dog Mascha and my two sweet cats Montag and Mio neither!

Some blog awards

In the last few weeks I got some awards and I guess it's time I made my blog post about them!

The first one I got is the "7 Award".

I got this one from Jenny (the world of mine) and Elena (PicturedTinsel). Thank you, both of you!

Okay, I'm always breaking these "give to xyz bloggers"-rules. So this time it won't be any different.

But I'll try to come up with 7 facts about myself...

1) I'm a pro at procrastination. I seriously have to do something about that...
2) I'm not only addicted to nail polish, but to shoes as well. And I don't even wear all my shoes...
3) Since I'm working fulltime I rarely cook any food. I'm not resorting to fastfood, but its all very very simple. I guess this might explain some of my health problems. Lacking some vitamins perhaps!?
4) I'm really really bad at staying in contact with friends who don't live in my city.
5) I want to go back to Japan, even after the crisis. If I could find a job there, I would go as soon as possible!
6) I don't like Christmas. Or at least the commercial part of it. I used to push Christmas aside as long as I could.
7) I can't imagine a life without my pets. The house always seems awefully empty if none of them are around.

Mein erster Award

Ich weiß, ich bin im Moment ziemlich hinter her mit dem Posten, aber ich habe derzeit so viel um die Ohren, dass ich zwar andere Blogs lese, aber nicht die Muße habe selbst was zu schreiben. Ich suche derzeit einen anderen Job, weil mir mein jetztiger nicht das bietet, was ich machen möchte. Da geht natürlich eine Menge Zeit drauf. Naja, ich hoffe, ich finde bald was, damit es mir dann so im Ganzen wieder besser geht und ich auch wieder mehr Zeit aufs Bloggen verwenden kann.

Dieser Post ist eigentlich mehr als überfällig. Ich habe vor bald 4 Wochen (ja, Schande auf mein Haupt) von Steph von Lacquer Passion und vor etwa 10 Tagen von Mitsuki90 von Mitsuki's Blog jeweils den Adorable Blog Award verliehen bekommen.

Ich möchte mich hiermit ganze herzlich bei den beiden für den Award bedanken. (besser spät als nie...) Es freut mich, dass ihr meinen Blog lesenswert findet. Ich werde mir Mühe geben, dass es so bleibt. :)

Den Award soll ich nun selbst einigen Blogs verleihen, die ich sehr schätze. Einen Empfängerin kann man sich allein wegen meiner letzten Posts schon denken. Aber allgemein gibt es doch viel zu viele tolle Blogs..!!
